The forerunner of VBH was Hoa Binh Electronics Enterprise, a state-owned company of Viet Nam Electronics and IT Head of Company, Industry Dept. After that, BHV was changed into one member limited liability company according to Decision number 224/2003/QD-BCN in December, 18th, 2003 of Industry Minister.

In February, 7th, 2006, the company officially truned into Hoa Binh Electronics Joint-Stock Corporation according to Certificate of joint-stock firm number 4103004312 issued by HCM City Planning and Investment Dept.

Design, produce and trade electrical devices, IT devices, Telecom devices( both soft ware and hard ware, air condition system; house and office for rent, infrastructure of industrial park; import-export services.

Diversify BHV trading form( Production, construction, service).

At present, BHV main process market is Japan. In 2005, BHV penetrated USA market and the firm regarded this market is a most potential market. On the other hand, Australia is also an important one.

About processing Choke coil for THZ, BHV regards THZ is potential partner. According to BHV estimation, THZ will invest more devices in producing core. In the near future, the firm will broaden this type of product.

About NLM partner, which will increase its investment in transformer and electrical source products to raise the sales and profit in Viet Nam will also be regarded as potential partner

About cool electric products: investment to renew packaging, broadening domestic market.
