The company is a state-owned enterprise under Dong Nai Industry Bureau. It was founded on 23rd October 1987
On 1st March 2000, the company changed to joint-stock enterprise according to Resolution No.4636/QD-UBT by Dong Nai People’s Committee

The products’ quality of the company are as good as muti-national companies such as ICI, Akzo Nobel and Nippon, etc. Its customers are mainly in Dong Nai, HCM City and neighbouring provinces. As most of them are construction companies or enterprises having building projects, the company focuses on these target customers, providing them with favourable price policy to increse market share. The company has 53 subsidiaries including 22 in Dong Nai, 7 in HCM City, neighbouring provices such as Lam Dong, Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, Binh Duong, Tien Giang, Can Tho which has 2 subsidiaries each.
Besides, the company signed a contract with PPG Cooperation (US) to produce paint used in industry
