On 15th of November 2006, Chairman of State Securities Commission gave a license number 74/UBCK-GPNY, allowed Cavico Vietnam Joint Stock Mine Exploit and Construction Company listed stocks in Hochiminh City Securities Trading Centre. – According to plan, on 11th of December 2006, Cavico Mine will be trading at Hochiminh City Securities Trading Centre. – This company transform to Joint Stock Company from 13th of June 2006 with charter capital is 31 billion VND.

Apply ISO 9001 – 2000 in every procedure for subordinates units, with flexibility and suitable time; - Analysis and establish procedures for all kind of activities in order to standardize and optimal effect. Establish mutual information flow and monitor documents in order to handle the mistake of management system. Expand businesses and new investment. Invest more shovel and picking line, deliver gravelly soil to dam up Cua Dat project and increase productivity in NUI BEO colliery. Total new investment is 40 billion VND from European fund with concessionary interest. – Invest new underground construction line for Nam Chien hydroelectric project. – Accept building road-words to quarry of Ha Long cement factory; - Expand business to real estate and mineral exploit. Capital – Set up average capital norm for each businesses division. – Decrease average receivable days, increase capital use effective; - Mobilize capital from different sources, include depreciation, personal loan, issue stock, bank loan; - attractive dividend policy, in order to meet satisfaction and improve value of shareholders, and improve retain earning for business capital expand at once. – participate in stock market for mobilize capital easier and more flexible with low cost.
